Some international texts came to regulate the field of women's night work, in order to guarantee the protection of this vulnerable group in society against any violations they may suffer in the course of their work.

in Algerian legislation, the notion of night work for women, as regulated in its legal sphere, is stipulated in different parts, given that night work for women in Algerian legislation is an exception, as is the case in some non-Muslim states.

therefore, prerogatives have been given to the labor inspectorates, who are competent regionally to license and command, which is appropriate to Algerian religious, customary and social realities.

this is why legal safeguards have been put in place that entail sanctions in the event of a breach.

otherwise, they remain very superficial and do not require adaptation to the importance of the topic in its various aspects.
