Abstract EN

This research aims to try to collect some of the child's financial rights, according to what Islamic jurisprudence has legislated under multiple chapters, to make them under one arranged and organized topic and linked to its evidence from the holy Quran and the prophet's hadith, to finally reach the ability to find two types of these rights: obligatory financial rights such as: alimony and inheritance, and voluntary financial rights, such as: will, gift and endowment.
