This study aims to identify digitalization and its impact on organizational performance from the perspective of employees in the municipality of Barika.

the study used a questionnaire directed at the employees of the institution, and after analyzing the data, which included "19" phrases for a sample of "30" employees, the study found several results, including the lack of evidence of digitalization in the management of the municipality of Barika, low organizational performance, and a medium negative correlation between digitalization and organizational performance.
