Recently, the Algerian society has experienced various crimes, including cabals crimes of neighborhoods, which emerged due to the development of urban cities in conjunction with the Algerian state's urbanization policy.

these new neighborhoods pose dangers that jeopardize the nearby towns and cities.

in light of this, the current paper seeks to address this issue from the perspective of the law, which was recently promulgated under the provisions no.

20-03 dated 30 October 2020 relating to the prevention and combating of neighborhoods’ crimes as well as to examine the existing juridical gaps.

furthermore, appropriate solutions are proposed for combating this type of criminal offences.
