The Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 24 th, 2022, and is still ongoing on, has sparkedmanyreactionsat the international level, especially with regard to the legality of the invasion.

and the position of international law on the modalities of implementing the system of international responsibility, both civil and criminal, for the Russian forces for the practices and violations that accompanied the invasion process.

if international law criminalizes the invasion and considers it an illegal act, however, it stands today unable to take any measure or decision condemning Russia and allowing the international community to use force to restore stability and peace in Ukraine.

this makes accuse Russia for responsibility for the violations of the united nations charter and the rules of international humanitarian law in Ukraine facing many obstacles.
