Abstract EN

The issue of civil society in Algeria raises many issues and questions at the level of society, and also raises many problems at the level of (the ruling authority) with its apparatus, laws and policies in many different fields.

the state on the one hand and the social institutions on the other hand, this relationship that embodies the meaning of capacity and the level of effectiveness and the limits of independence that must be enjoyed away from state interference.

this paper aims to search for the nature of the political transformations in the Arab countries, by examining the causes of these transformations, and understanding their implications, in addition to trying to understand the extent of their implications on the nature of the relationship between the state and civil society in Algeria, as well as knowing the most important determinants regulating this relationship.
