ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة مسالة الاستغلال غير المشروع لثروات الشعب الصحراوي المحتل من طرف المغرب بإعانة من طرف الاتحاد الأوروبي باعتباره منظمة دولية، تم التركيز على أسس إسناد المسؤولية الدولية للاتحاد الأوروبي عبر أبرامه اتفاق مع المغرب مخالفا لقاعدة أمرة في القانون الدولي حق الشعوب تقرير مصيرها والتي ضم فيها فيه الأراضي الصحراوية المحتلة، إذ أن أساس الأسناد هو علم الاتحاد الأوروبي بالظروف المحيطة بالفعل غير المشروع الذي يرتكبه المغرب وذلك بناء على أحكام مواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدولية للمنظمات الدولية لاسيما المواد 14 و26.
Abstract EN
This study aims to address the issue of the illegal exploitation of the wealth of the Sahrawi people occupied by morocco with the aid of the European union as an international organization.
in which it annexed the occupied desert lands, as the basis of attribution is the European union’s knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the illegal act committed by morocco, based on the provisions of articles related to the international responsibility of international organizations, especially articles 14 and 26.
