على الرغم من ما شهدته منطقة الساحل الإفريقي من التغييرات والإصلاحات التي مست هياكل النظام السياسي، إلا أن المشكلة تكمن في مدى فعالية هذه المؤسسات ونجاحها في أداء وظائفها في مرحلة الترسيخ الديمقراطي وتحقيق استقرار الاجتماعي خاصة بعد الاحتجاجات التي شهدتها السنغال منذ مارس 2021، والتي تستعدي إلى ضرورة استكمال بناء المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية للدولة لمواصلة الإصلاحات في مختلف الميادين السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية من أجل الحفاظ على الوحدة الوطنية وعلى استقرار السياسي والأمني والاجتماعي للدولة.
Abstract EN
Despite the changes and reforms that the African Sahel has witnessed, which affected the structures of the political system, however, the problem lies in the effectiveness of these institutions and their success in performing their functions in the stage of democratic consolidation and achieving social stability, especially after the protests in Senegal since March 2021.
which prepares for the need to complete the building of official and non-official institutions of the state to continue reforms in the various political, economic, social and cultural fields in order to preserve national unity and the political, security and social stability of the state.
