The international community has shown concern for the rights of foreigners and immigrants, and has stressed the need to recognize them on an equal footing with other patriots, since it is often the scene of flagrant abuses which not only- not only- rights and denials of those who have been denied.

which raised the question of the authority of the host state to accept or exclude a foreigner who has entered the territory of its political borders? this study aims to clarify the efforts made at the international level within the framework of human rights conventions to protect foreigners against any preference, exclusion or discrimination that occurs in the territory of the host country, due to nationality or different regional affiliation.
