تتميز الدبلوماسية الجزائرية بالبعد المثالي ذو المرجعية التاريخية وكذا القانون الدولي، وهي أحد آليات تنفيذ أهداف سياستها الخارجية من بين تلك الأهداف التي تسهر على تنفيذها حماية حدود البلاد من أي تحديات أو اختراقات التي قد تطالها عبر جوارها الإقليمي.
يبرز تعاطي الدبلوماسية الجزائرية مع الأزمة الليبية منذ 2011 حرص صانع القرار الجزائري على توظيف الدبلوماسية لدرء المخاطر الأمنية عن الحدود فالجزائر تنشط دبلوماسيتها في الأزمة الليبية على الصعيد الثنائي والمتعدد الأطراف باعتبار أن الجزائر وليبيا تنتميان إلى مركب أمني إقليمي ما يصيب ليبيا يؤثر على امن حدود الجزائر.

Abstract EN
Algerian diplomacy is characterized by an ideal dimension with historical reference as well as international law, and it is one of the mechanisms for implementing the goals of its foreign policy among those goals the implementation of which is to protect the country's borders from any challenges or breaches that may affect it through its regional neighborhood.
the Algerian diplomacy's engagement with the Libyan crisis since 2011 stands out the Algerian decision-maker's keenness to use diplomacy to ward off security risks on the borders.
Algeria is active in its diplomacy in the Libyan crisis at the bilateral and multilateral levels, given that Algeria and Libya belong to a regional security complex.
