The study aims to provide a legal philosophical treatment, especially within the framework of international humanitarian law, whose supporters called on states and governments to commit to preventing the outbreak of the epidemic in its early stages to protect citizens, and denounced the pursuit of finding the appropriate vaccine to eliminate and eradicate it, in addition to calling on international committees (such as the international committee of the cross red crescent and red crescent) the international community to address this deadly epidemic, in addition to the relief, medical and treatment assistance it provided at various levels.

she used the critical analytical approach to analyze the impact of disasters on public and private health, and on international humanitarian law in light of the Corona pandemic, and criticized the international community for its negligence towards these disasters.

I concluded that the Corona pandemic has had serious negative effects on international humanitarian law, and I have called for the development of mechanisms to confront it, philosophically and legally.
