The idea of a condition associated with a tenancy contract is one of ideas that carry multi dimensions, this issue raises question of the extent of the permissibility of the rental contract, this issue has provoked a dispute between the Islamic jurisprudents, specifically with regard to the possibility of multiple requirements, on the other hand, its shows the effect of this condition, and the changes in the lease contract, and what is the ruling imposed in the case of disruption this condition, both for Muslim scholars or laws.
