The issue of the foreigner's enjoyment of legal aid was not the subject of an agreement between the comparative laws, as it is agreed that the rights of the foreigner in the territory of another country in general and legal aid in particular are subject to the legislative policies of the country in which it is intended to uphold a right before its national judiciary, so the laws of countries are the reference in defining the rights of foreigners and their legal regulation, the state aims to serve its national interests in the first place when it deals with the rights of the foreigner, but the need to strengthen the presence of the state in the international community requires the national legislature to be more flexible before the rights of foreigners and their equality with the patriots, especially in the field of the rights of opponents, including the right to enjoy legal aid, because the foreigner's enjoyment of legal aid, similar to the national, is one of the important rights to ensure the right to litigation and equality before the judiciary when the right is required.
