Identifying these problems and knowing the causes of these problems came to care for the elderly to find solutions to the suffering of the elderly in Basra governorate at the level of administrative units (districts) and according to the environment (urban - rural), to achieve The goal of the study The researcher relied on special data conducted through the field study for the year 2020, through which analysis and descriptive analysis were done, ratios and tables were extracted, and data on solutions to the suffering of the elderly were presented and shown spatially according to the administrative and environmental units in Basra Governorate.
