Abstract EN

Most academic researchers have been interested in the contemporary history of Iraq, especially topics related to social affairs such as woment and their social problems because of their prominent importance in drawing the features and dimensions of social reality and their positive and negative effects in this field.

Based on that, comes this study tagged "Women's issues and social problems in the discussions of the Iraqi Council of Representatives." 1925-1958 "a modest effort to cover a large part of this problem by revealing the positions and opinions of members of Parliament regarding women's issues, their social problems and how to deal with them.

This study included an introduction, three axes and conclusions, as well as a list of the study's sources.

The first axis represented the introduction that carried.

The title "Women's Rights in the Iraqi Constitution in the Foundation Stage in 1925", and the second axis included the title "Social Women's Issues in the Iraqi Parliament's discussions 1925-1939", while the third axis contained the title "Social Women's Issues in the Iraqi Parliament's discussions 1940-1958." The study concluded with a set of conclusions reached by the researcher.
