In the exercise of any of her rights, women should not be isolated from arbitrariness or away from injustice, and therefore there must be protection or guarantees that guarantee those rights and their application in an objective and real manner, and this can only be through the existence of realistic credentials on the ground, foremost of which are guarantees legislative and judicial protections, and the republic of Iraq was one of the countries whose constitution of 2005 stipulated this right in particular, and it was applied in the legislative aspect in more than one aspect of public life.
