International jurisdiction is a manifestation of the state's sovereignty over its territory and its patriots through the separation through the national judiciary of disputes based on the state's territory or disputes taking place abroad, provided that one of its parties holds the nationality of the state, but the principle of national sovereignty has recently begun to retreat before the principle of achieving the right and protecting the interests of legitimate opponents, which prompted jurisprudence, legislation and the judiciary to demand the need to abandon international jurisdiction in order to achieve these goals.
