Foreign judgments are not enforced on national lands unless there is reciprocity or in accordance with judicial cooperation agreements between the two countries.

a foreign judgment is not enforced outside the territory of the country that issued it, unless there are laws and agreements between the two countries.

in view of the existence of a number of agreements between countries, the increase in special legal relations across their borders, and the need for international transactions to achieve the principle of common justice, and to push some countries to accept the principle of implementing foreign rule on their lands, but according to conditions and agreements signed between the two countries for the purpose of implementation.

the subject of our research focuses on one of these agreements, which is the judicial cooperation agreement between Iraq and Egypt.
