The issue of terrorism and related crimes, violence and combating has occupied wide international attention within the studies of jurists of criminal law and international law alike, as the traditional international law was not prepared and able to confront the phenomenon of terrorism after it began to spread and exacerbate, as it is extremely dangerous for the international community and its severe damage to human societies, starting from the intellectual point of view and based on its realistic applications, which cast a shadow over the destruction of states, the division of peoples and societies, leaving traces that lead to the loss of security and peace, the violation of sanctities, the killing of innocents, the kidnapping of civilians, the destruction of public and private property, as well as spreading terror.

and panic among members of society, and harm to the economies of countries, and the destruction of monuments and the environment, as well as obstructing the functioning and sustainability of normal life in society.

therefore, the international community seeks at the national, regional and international levels to strive to combat terrorism by trying to take effective and deterrent measures to confront terrorism in its various forms and forms.

moreover, all terrorist acts may fall within the scope of crimes against humanity.
