Accountability is the real essence of any legal system.

there is no point in the laws and its provisions if it does not include the establishment of a specific mechanism on which to prosecute the wrongdoers and hold them accountable either by imposing punishment or taking disciplinary measures.

in the rule of law, everyone is subject to the rule of law and will, including members of the executive, legislative and other state institutions.

the judiciary is no exception, but the first to submit to the rule of law as the secretary to the good application and implementation, but it should be noted that the accountability of judges is very different from the accountability of members of the legislative and executive branches, because of what these judges and members of the prosecution should enjoy independence and impartiality, and therefore the mechanism established to hold them accountable for their mistakes should in no way prejudice this independence or impartiality.
