Islamic photography art is of great importance in enriching Islamic art and the cultural and religious identity of Muslims.

the artist resorted to it to embellish and decorate scientific and literary manuscripts to convey the text's goal to readers by drawing miniatures or pictures in different colors and sizes.

the most famous illuminated manuscript is the Kalila Wa Dimna manuscript (Persian version).

its purpose is to advise and guide the ruler to protect his subjects, but through wisdom on the tongues of animals to avoid criticism of the ruler.

in this way, examples will be reviewed to illustrate the features of the Jalairi school in general, to which the kalila and Dimna manuscripts belong, and in more detail the features under study.

the analytical study of the paintings reviewed also comes after dealing with them through historical and descriptive approaches.

as such, findings concluded that the foreground of the painting was large, as the main element of the story appears in it, with the backgrounds being small and diverse, in addition to the artist’s use of opaque inks and watercolors, which led to the absence of shadow for the elements of the painting, which suggests to the viewer the breadth of the painting.
