That is, those responsible for sporting accidents are subject to the rules of civil liability, which requires compensation for the injured party, whether the injured party is an athlete competitor, spectator, or someone else.

It is worth noting that the legislator in most comparative legal systems did not enact specific legal rules or establish a special system for civil liability arising from sports accidents, and therefore the judiciary and jurisprudence had the largest role in jurisprudence on this subject.

Therefore, it is inevitable to resort to general rules in the field of civil liability in an attempt to adapt these rules, taking into account the nature of the sporting activity, and the extent to which the injured person’s consent and acceptance of the risks of sporting activities are considered.

A balance must also be achieved in the relationship between the right of the injured person to compensation and the nature of practicing sports activities.
