Abstract EN

The research aims to study the policy of both the Emirati and Egyptian legislators in the criminal confrontation with the abuse of religion in atoning others and promoting extremist ideology, by analyzing the texts of the UAE and Egyptian penal code with reference to the position of the Tunisian law in this regard, and The research was divided into two topics, the researcher dealt with in the first of them the criminalization of the exploitation of religion to throw individuals and groups with infidelity, and in the second of them the criminalization of the exploitation of religion in promoting extremist or seditious thought.

The researcher followed the approach of a comparative analytical critical study of the texts of the laws under study, and the researcher concluded with a set of findings and recommendations that he included in the conclusion of his research, including those related to evaluating the policy of the UAE legislator, and some of them related to the policy of his Egyptian counterpart in dealing with the topic of research.
