This study aimed to clarify how Jordanian legislators deal with electronic companies and how to regulate them.

The researcher-using the inductive analytical method- has reached to a number of results, the most important of which of is that Many Arab and foreign countries have legislatively regulated this type of trade due to its importance, electronic companies are one of the e-commerce forms for which virtual websites are established and do not have real sites on the ground.

The company's contract is convened by the availability of general objective pillars of consent, location and reason as well as special objective pillars.

The electronic company also has a moral personality to contract as soon as the contract is documented by electronic signature by the partners as there is no possibility of registering the contract in front of a competent official authority, The electronic company is overruled by the same way as traditional companies legislation.

The study recommended the necessity to have a special law legislation in Jordan governing the governance of electronic companies, so that these legislations can provide a genuine guarantee to the parties in the legal relationship.

The necessity of establishing a national strategy for the work of electronic companies in view of their positive advantages and features and translating them into programs of work carried out under the supervision of a technical committee competent in this area.
