The aim of the research: to identify the theoretical framework for each of the administrative processes in educational departments and the requirements of digital transformation and procedures for improving administrative processes in educational departments in light of the requirements of digital transformation.

the research used the descriptive approach and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: the weakness of the existence of digital transformation in educational departments, the need for a strategic plan to improve administrative processes in light of the requirements of digital transformation, the need to work to strengthen the infrastructure in educational departments, the need for staff in educational departments to acquire skills to deal with digital management applications, the need for electronic systems connected to the internet to manage digital transformation.
