Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the obstacles to international publishing in educational disciplines at king Saud university according to teaching staff's perspective.

the descriptive survey approach was used through the study instrument; a questionnaire administered to a sample of (235) teaching staff from the college of education, king Saud university.

the study concluded a number of results, including: the human obstacles were average while the physical, administrative, research and cultural obstacles were high.

the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) in the questionnaire dimensions between males and females, except for the second and fifth pivots and the total score as there are differences in favor of females.

it also concluded that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.01) in the questionnaire dimensions between the different years of experience in favor of the limited years of experience.

it found out that there are differences among different academic degrees in favor of the associate professor degree.

there are differences among different disciplines in favor of early childhood, art education and Quranic studies as they face greater difficulties in international publishing.

the study recommended the need to overcome the obstacles facing teaching staff in educational disciplines at king Saud university, and to hold training courses to encourage international publishing.
