Abstract EN

The current research aimed to examine effectiveness of using the learning stations strategy in teaching social studies to develop economic concepts and entrepreneurship skills among primary school pupils in the school year 2022 / 2023.

the researcher prepared a teacher's guide for teaching the unit entitled "resources and services in our country" set for the fourth grade pupils according to the learning stations strategy.

the researcher also constructed economic concepts test and entrepreneurship skills scale.

the research sample was comprised of (72) male and female pupils from the fourth grade of primary school in Beni Suef governorate, divided into two groups: (36) male and female students in the experimental group, (36) male and female students in the control group.

the current research tools were applied beforehand and then taught according to the learning stations strategy for the experimental group pupils, while the control group students were taught using the regular teaching methods, then the research tools were post applied.

the research concluded that the experimental group pupils outperformed the control group pupils in the post application of the economic concepts test as well as the entrepreneurship skills scale.

the researcher attributed this conclusion to the fact that the teaching procedures used according to the learning stations strategy helped in developing economic concepts and entrepreneurial skills.

the research recommended the significance of paying attention to the programs and curricula offered to primary school pupils and providing activities that work to develop entrepreneurial skills, as well as using a set of teaching methods that help the learner to develop economic concepts and entrepreneurial skills.
