This research woks aims to study the role of psychological factors in the commission of previous traffic accidents by examining the role of anxiety, fatigue and exhaustion in their contribution to the drivers commission of traffic accidents.in the theoretical aspect of the study, light was shed on the various literature on the subject, with more focus on psychological factors.

on the practical side, data was collected through a questionnaire and then distributed to a non- probability intentional sample whose size was as a driver in the state of Jijel.

two methods of quantitative analysis were used in order to describe Cairo, the subject of the study and the qualitative, represented in the structural-functional analysis, in order to interpret the results.
