Abstract EN

The study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between future anxiety and irrational ideas, educational level.

a basic sample of 100 students, 32 male, 68 female, selected in a random and structured manner, was adopted.

two measures of future anxiety (Moawad, Mohammed, and irrational ideas (Reyhani, 1985) were used.

the study produced the following findings: 1 / the future's anxiety is widespread among students of the institute of humanities and social sciences to a low degree, while irrational ideas of their dimensions are spread among members of the sample to a moderate degree.

2 / the absence of a statistically significant correlation between future anxiety and irrational ideas in their dimensions only after death anxiety and each of the following dimensions: idea (01), idea (09) and idea (12), in the sample members.
