This study aims to investigate how the national judge implements the idea of public order within the scope of the claim for the invalidity of the international commercial refereeing judgment that is not consistent with the requirements of this idea, balancing between the national interest on the one hand and the stability of international commercial transactions on the other hand, a task that seems difficult in light of the inability to control the idea of the general system and the difficulty of defining its exact content.

by distinguishing between the internal public order and the international public order, the Algerian legislator has adopted a narrow interpretation of the public order in the field of international commercial refereeing, so that it is applied only to clear and concrete serious cases that affect the entity of the majority of societies.
