This study aimed to identify the legal provisions related to the impossibility of executing the work contract in Sudanese law, and to indicate the cases that are not considered impossibility in the work contract, and to address aspects of the guarantees imposed by the Sudanese legislator on the work contract due to its privacy and its impact on the life of the worker.

termination of the work contract due to economic conditions or making structural, organizational or technical changes by the employer in his establishment with several guarantees, the most important of which is the oversight by the executive authorities before taking this action in addition to the subsequent judicial oversight.

seeking on the part of the Sudanese legislator to regulate the case of the impossibility of executing the work contract due to natural disasters and wars, instead of regulating it within the framework of general rules.
