The study addressed the issue of the transition from traditional public administration to electronic administration, and the impact of the latter on legal actions, especially in the midst of the technological revolution that the world is witnessing.to modern methods and facilitating administrative work and promoting it to a better level.

where the intervention revealed the extent of the impact of digitization on administrative decisions and administrative contracts and the most important positive changes witnessed by these works as a result of their association with digitization, so focus was on the concept of electronic administrative decision and electronic administrative contract, specifying the positive impact of digitization in the extent of development of legal work on, management level.

the study concluded that electronic management, as the result of the technological revolution, must be kept up with and benefit from its advantages at the level of management in general and at the level of legal actions in particular, because of its prominent recognition of administrative work and development thereof.
