This study aims to shed light on e-commerce, its requirements and most prominent features, as well as to identify the common obstacles and difficulties facing e-commerce.

the results of the study showed that relying on this type of trade requires many elements, such as technical infrastructure, an advanced communications network, and a qualified human resource, in addition to the gradual abandonment of traditional methods of commercial transactions, due to the latter’s cost in money, effort, and time.
