In the current state of practice, the medically assisted procreation is theoretically reserved for people with total sterility.
nevertheless, the skid of the (PMA) is easy, hence the need for a normative framework, ensuring its supervision.
bioethics, as a normative regulatory technique in this field, cannot replace multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary ethical reflection, which must ultimately result in a social law of change and innovation.

En l’état actuel des pratiques, la procréation médicalement assistée (PMA) est théoriquement réservée aux personnes atteintes de la stérilité totale.
néanmoins la dérive de la (PMA) est facile d’où la nécessité d’un cadre normatif, assurant son encadrement.
la bioéthique, comme technique normative de régulation dans ce domaine ne peut remplacer la réflexion éthique pluridisciplinaire et interdisciplinaire, qui doit se traduire au final, par un droit social des mutations et des innovations.
