Jurists disagree about using the term of contrary to the analogical deduction, Iben Taymia prevented to use this term, while the most of jurists allowed to use it.

does the sharia exclude a branch in the same pattern with its counterparts in the cause without a reason requiring this exception? is the disagreement between Iben Taymia and the most of jurists semantic disagreement or real disagreement? i concluded in my research that the disagreement between Ibn Taymiyah and the majority of jurists and fundamentalists is a real one, and that what Ibn Taymiyah said was more correct, that there is no contrary to the analogical deduction, and that it is better to not use the term "contrary to the analogical deduction".
