The study, tagged with (the Husseini-Umayyad conflict in (61 AH / 680 AD) in the light of the theory of divine providence between reparation and delegation and their impact on the movement of history - a historical philosophical study) examines the background of the intellectual philosophical conflict and its results and data in the application of the theory of divine care between the adoption of the Umayyad state's determinism and the inevitability of its behavior its decisions grant itself the supreme religious authority and that it is authorized by god, while the Hussainian revolution movement is interpreted as divine providence as a divine conciliation.

religiously and philosophically, the materialistic Umayyad trend succeeded in a limited phase while the future success was an ally of the Husseini revolution, and with regard to the study method, it relied on two basic approaches, the first is a historical narrative and the second is a philosophical analysis to dismantle and interpret the historical texts in the light of the theory under study
