78 in 2012, seeking to find a legal framework that guarantees the integrity and authenticity of electronic transactions, but despite the passage of a good period of time for the issuance of this legislation, it still suffers from a significant weakness in the application of its texts and the achievement of its objectives, and this is especially evident the failure of the ministry of communications to issue instructions for this law in accordance with article 5 of it, as well as a number of technical obstacles that clearly impede its application in the absence of the practice of electronic signature in various sectors.
