تلخص الفكرة الأساسية للبحث (الألعاب التحريض على العنف بين الواقع و التشريع) على الألعاب المحرضة على العنف خاصة الالكترونية منها و مالها من تأثير سلبي على المجتمع، و على الرغم من تشريع قانون حظر الألعاب المحرضة على العنف رقم ٢ لسنه ٢٠١٣ إلا إن هذا القانون بقي حبرا على ورق و لم يتم العمل به لحد الآن، إذ نرى انتشار الألعاب المحرضة على العنف بصورة واسعة جدا خصوصا مع التطور التكنلوجي الحاصل في هذا النوع من الألعاب و اتجاه شريحة واسعة من المجتمع بمختلف الأعمار لها فضلا عن كل ذلك فان المشرع لم يبين في القانون موقفه من المتاجرة بملحقات الألعاب المحرضة على العنف مثل كروت الشحن خاصة بهذه الألعاب خصوصا مع انتشار جرائم من هذا النوع بين الافراد في المجتمع، و بناء على ذلك قسمنا البحث إلى مباحث المبحث الأول لمفهوم الألعاب المحرضة على العنف و المبحث الثاني لنماذج التجريم الخاصة بالألعاب المحرضة على العنف، و بعد البحث توصلنا إلى أنه على المشرع مواكبة التطورات الحاصلة على الالعاب المحرضة على العنف تشريعيا و بعض التعديلات على القانون رقم ٢ لسنه ۲۰۱۳ نتيجة التطور التكنلوجي الحاصل في هذا المجال مع وضع القانون موضع التطبيق الفعلي و محاسبة كل من يتاجر بالألعاب المحرضة على العنف أو ملحقاتها و بيان مسؤولية الوالدين في استخدام هذه الالعاب امام أطفالهم أو السماح لهم باستخدامها.

(Games inciting violence between reality and legislation) on games that incite violence, especially electronic ones, and their negative impact on society.
it is being implemented so far, as we see the spread of games that incite violence in a very wide way, especially with the technological development-taking place in this type of games and the direction of a wide segment of society of all ages.
in addition to all of that, the legislator did not clarify in the law his position on trading in game accessories that incite to violence.
violence is like charging cards for these games, especially with the spread of crimes of this kind among individuals in society and accordingly we divided the research into two demands, the first requirement for the concept of games inciting violence, and the second requirement for the criminalization models for games that incite violence.
with the law being put into practice, all those who trade in violent games or their accessories are held accountable, and parents are responsible for using these games in front of their children or allowing them to use them.
