مشكلة هذا لاشك أن التقدم التكنولوجي الذي شهده العالم أدى إلى أزدياد الطلب على المنتجات الصناعية و خصوصا في المجالات الإلكترونية بشتى أنواعها و استعمالها في نواحي الحياة، نظرا لما توفره من حلول للعديد من مشكلات الحياة الحديثة، إلا أن هذا التطور السريع في الصناعات الإلكترونية نتج عنه ظهور مشكلة جديدة إلا و هي النفايات الإلكترونية أصبحت في تضاعف مستمر و لاسيما المردود السلبي للنفايات في التأثير على الحق في الصحة و الحياة و البيئة التي نعيش فيها ، و ذلك نتيجة أزدياد معدلات توليد لهذه النفايات الإلكترونية و تكمن خطورتها من خلال أحتوائها على مواد وأشعاعات كيمياوية خطيرة كالمعادن الثقيلة و السامة التي تدخل في صناعتها.
Abstract EN
There is no doubt that the progress of the technology in the world has led to an increase in the demand for industrial products, especially in all electronic kinds, because of its important of their use in all aspects of life.
but, these rapid developments in this field have triggered of a new problem, which is the electronic waste, and it has increased rapidly and resulted in growing negative impact of waste on the environment and health, according to its danger, which lies in the fact that it contains dangerous chemicals and radiation such as heavy and toxic metals that are used in its manufacture.
