The study aimed to identify the level of skill in the comments as a method that uses the social worker teaching during the individual interviews as the main objective of the study.

it also targeted other sub-objectives represented in the identification of the level of statistical connotation between the skill in the comments as a technical interview and its relationship to some variables such as academic qualification, years of experience, the number of training courses obtained by the specialist, and the time of the interview).

based on the objectives of the study, the study hypotheses are defined in two basic assumptions : the actual level of social worker's use of feedback skill during individual interviews with students in the school field is expected to be high.
