Abstract EN

The purpose of this research sheet is to discover the impediments that face the application of total quality management, in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at the University of SETIF-2 on the one hand, and a on the other hand to know much more about these impediments which delay the application of a total quality management in university education, according to some teachers of the faculty.

And can summarize the problem in this research sheet in two questions: what are the obstacles that face the application of quality management on (aspects of leadership, organizational side, knowledge, research scientist and serve society)? and which of these obstacles is the most frequent? And in order to answer these two questions, we applied a file, prepared by the researcher (EL-AHDADHI 2012) after we reassured these psychometric characteristics (fidelity and validity) on a sample of 25 teachers, although the main sample is made up of (87) teachers, and we have come to say that the degrees of obstacles that face the application of total quality management, in the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at the University of SETIF - 2 is high and that the most frequented obstacles are much more leadership.
