Creativity has become one of the things that has received great attention recently, and the importance of administrative creativity appears in that it helps housewives to work better through coordination and finding creative solutions to the problems she faces efficiently and effectively and adapting to the environmental variables surrounding her.

this research was conducted using both personal interviews and the internet with the aim of studying the relationship between the administrative creativity of the head of the family and each of the administrative skills of the head of the family and the consumption pattern of a sample of families in the city of Alexandria on a random sample of 124 housewives.

the most prominent results of the research were that the level of administrative creativity and managerial skills of heads of household were moderate at 74.2% and 56.5%, respectively, and the rational consumption pattern was the prevailing pattern at 41.2%.

the results showed that there was no correlation between economic and social characteristics and administrative creativity, while there was a correlation between administrative creativity and the administrative skills of heads of household.

there were also significant differences at the probability level of 0.05 between the averages of the level of administrative skills according to the family consumption pattern in favor of the hesitant and rational consumption pattern and then the impulsive consumption pattern.

the statistical results showed that there was a significant effect of the level of administrative skills on the household consumption pattern by 29.1% at the probability level of 0.01.
