Abstract EN

This study came to shed light on a crisis that struck the most powerful economies of countries, disrupted aspects of life, and had a negative impact on all aspects of life, religiously, economically and socially.

the Maqasid aspect appears in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s dealings with this crisis, and its title is a vision of purposes dealing Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with environmental crises and disasters Corona virus is a specimen"".

this study included: an introduction, a preface, three sections, and a conclusion.

the introduction includes the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its problem, previous studies, the study’s methodology and plan, and the introduction in introducing the most important components of the study.

the first topic: on necessary interests, in which i explained the definition of necessary interests, their types, how to preserve them, and the purposeful aspect of necessary interests through the Kingdom’s dealings with the Corona disaster.

the second topic: on non-essential interests, such as pilgrimage and improvement interests.

I explained the definition of necessity and improvement interests, and how the queen took this into account through her dealings with the corona pandemic.

the third topic: general principles, and how the Kingdom took them into account in its dealings with the Corona disaster.

in this section, I explained the definition of general objectives, and that they are, in their entirety, represented in general principles and general rules, such as equality, establishing justice, achieving solidarity, facilitating and removing embarrassment, repelling evils and bringing about benefits., etc., and these general purposes included in the Sharia were stipulated by the government system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and then I explained how the Kingdom took into account these general purposes in its dealings with the Corona crisis.

finally, the study concluded with the most important results and recommendations, a list of the most important references and sources, and scientific indexes.
