Arabic Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث، إلى توضيح الدور التضامني لنظام الوقف الإسلامي، في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، بداية بالوقوف عند مفهوم الوقف و أنواعه و أهداف التنمية المستدامة، المتعلقة بالفقر و الأمن الغذائي و الماء النظيف و التعليم و القضاء على الفقر وحماية البيئة، و انتهاء بأثر نظام الوقف في الإسلام على مواجهة هذه التحديات قديما وفي العصر الحاضر.

وقد تناول البحث، أصول نظام الوقف الإسلامي في مصر و تطوره التشريعي، ودوره في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال اتباع نهجا تاريخيا استقرائيا شرعيا لأصول الوقف الإسلامي، و تحليلا لدوره قديما، و تنظيمه القانوني حديثا، ودوره التنموي المعاصر، و انتهي بأن نظام الوقف الإسلامي يمكن أن يسهم بصفة أساسية في تحقيق العديد من أهداف التنمية المستدامة التي أقرتها الأمم المتحدة لعام 2030 و التي تبنتها استراتيجية و رؤية مصر 2030.

English Abstract

This research aims to clarify the solidarity role of the Islamic endowment system in achieving the sustainable development goals, starting with standing at the concept of endowment and its types and sustainable development goals, related to poverty, food security, clean water, education, poverty eradication and environmental protection, and ending with the impact of the endowment system in Islam on facing these challenges in the past and in the present era.

The research dealt with the origins of the Islamic endowment system in Egypt and its legislative development, and its role in achieving the goals of sustainable development, through a historical, inductive and legitimate approach to the origins of the Islamic endowment, and an analysis of its role in the past, its legal organization recently, and its contemporary development role.

He concluded that the Islamic Waqf system can contribute fundamentally to the achievement of many of the sustainable development goals approved by the United Nations for the year 2030 and adopted by Egypt's strategy and vision 2030.
