Arabic Abstract

يأتي اهتمام العالم بالتنمية المستدامة في الوقت الحالي تلبية لتعالي أصوات شعوب العالم بالحق في الاستغلال الأمثل للثروات والموارد بما يعظم من الاستفادة منها للأجيال الحالية، و يحفظ حق الأجيال القادمة في الاستفادة منها أيضا.

وهنا تجلى الدور المحوري لمنظمات المجتمع المدني المعنية بحقوق الإنسان لتنادي بحق الإنسان في التنمية في شتى المجالات.

و برز دور المنظمة العالمية للأمم المتحدة في إقرار معالم هذا الحق كحق من حقوق الإنسان في العديد من الصكوك والوثائق الدولية و القرارات الأممية.

English Abstract

The world's interest in sustainable development comes at the present time in response to the loud voices of the peoples of the world with the right to optimize the use of wealth and resources in order to maximize the use of them for current generations, and preserve the right of future generations to benefit from them as well.

This is where the central role of civil society organizations concerned with human rights in advocating the human right to development in various fields has been demonstrated.

The role of the United Nations in establishing the features of this right as a human right has emerged in many international instruments and documents and UN resolutions.
