تعني هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة القواعد المنظمة لمراجعة دخول الاستثمارات الأجنبية للسوق المصري من خلال الاستثمارات الجديدة في القطاعات الحيوية أو الاستحواذ على الشركات الوطنية التي تمارس أنشطة ذات أهمية استراتيجية للدولة مثل مشروعات البنية التحتية في ضوء سعى الشركات الأجنبية لدخول أسواق جديدة بغرض التوسع في الإنتاج.

حيث أن طبيعة المشروع أو النشاط الذي تمارسه الشركات الوطنية و أهميته قد تقتضي إعمال بعض التدابير القانونية الخاصة بحسب ما إذا كانت الشركة تمارس نشاطا استراتيجيا و التي قد يترتب على عدم الالتزام بها الإضرار بالمصالح الأساسية للدولة مثل أمنها القومي.

English Abstract

This research paper examines the rules governing the review of the entry of foreign investments into the Egyptian market through new investments in vital sectors or the acquisition of national companies that engage in activities of strategic importance to the state such as infrastructure projects in light of foreign companies' efforts to enter new markets for the purpose of expanding production.

As the nature of the project or activity practiced by national companies and its importance may require the implementation of some special legal measures depending on whether the company is practicing a strategic activity, which may result from the lack of commitment to them harms the fundamental interests of the state such as its national security.
