The research aims to clarify the political and intellectual role of Hassan Taqizadeh, one of the prominent Iranian politicians in contemporary Iranian history, in publishing the famous Kaveh magazine in Berlin, during the First World War, along with a number of Iranian thinkers in Europe, and the newspaper editors saw that Western civilization The new must be accepted unanimously and spread in Iran, and the promotion of a new civilization was unconditional, and the factors that attracted Hassan Taqizadeh and the rest of his fellow writers to this idea were the comprehensive decline of Iran from a practical, political and moral point of view on the one hand, and the failure of the modernist movement in the constitutional period on the one hand.
