The science of the facts basically depends on the intentions of the speaker and what he deliberately waves to the interlocutor, taking into account the context in which the verbal act was received.

Moreover, the achievement of a verbal act takes place when the speaker realizes the reflexive intent of that act, but the subsequent achievement or non-achievement of the effect on the feelings of the speaker and his beliefs, in the sense of believing or not believing the statement, is by external additions to the linguistic communicative process.

Many philosophers of speech verbs acts asserted that the process of communication reaches its end when the interlocutor realizes the speaker's intentionality.
