Economic life in any of the countries depends mainly on economic activity due to its great role in meeting the needs and expenditures of the state.

therefore Bahrain played a major role in commercial exchange operation whether at home or abroad.

whatever the matter agriculture in Bahrain comes at the forefront of economic activities because of its great role in meeting the needs of the people of Bahrain and as the most important food resource for them.

this agriculture needed manpower water and fertile land for the success of agriculture operations and what helped the availability of those needs is that Bahrain has vast lands considering it a desert country and most of its lands are fertile and suitable for agriculture.

In addition to the availability of fresh water from wells and springs.

in addition to the tendency of most of the population to rely on their efforts in agriculture and to direct them towards it Bahrain was able to cover all needs of the region from agricultural crops such as wheat and barley in addition to the large number of palm and fruit orchards that had a major role in trade as a result their abundance and density to the extent that as a result of this abundance and surplus they traded with neighboring areas.

these sources led to the success of agriculture in Bahrain ,especially palm trees.
