One of the key ways for the continuity of human life is Sharia's possession of the feature of suitability for every time and place, and for the whole world, and it is comprehensive to all the details of life and its integrated systems, a systems that complements one another according to the requirements of contemporary life, all based on general Islamic principles, including : The fixed and variable principle in Islamic legal provisions, Renewing provisions by ijtihad (independent opinion made by an expert in Islamic law), issuing fatwas (legal opinion concerning Islamic law), and Qiyas (analogy) to what has been reported of old events with new controversial issues.

These features demonstrate Islam's superiority in the present era to all other contemporary systems in fulfilling human needs and satisfying his desires in accordance with the general controls and principles of Islamic law.
